Rooms
Visaisa offers its guests 6 rooms, all ensuite. You can choose between different kind of rooms, from a cosy double room to a bigger room which can host up to 6 people, perfect if you’re just passing by and need a place to stay before continuing on your journey up our mountains.
Our prices are as follows (per person, excluding drinks and tourist tax, if required):
Rooms are available from 4pm on the arrival day, with a check out time of 10am.
The apartment formula, which consists of a room with kitchen, is available in low season at a 15% extra fee for a mininum of a week. This formula doesn’t include linen and towels, but you can rent them from us. For more information and quotes please contact us directly.
BOOKINGS
To book a room, please call us directly or email us at info@visaisa.com with your full name, phone number, number of nights and rooms you wish to book (please also specify the number of people who will stay in each room), and any other information you think may make your stay with us more comfortable (dietary requirements, pets, etc.). Once you receive confirmation of the booking, you will have 48 hours to pay the deposit (50% of the total cost) via bank transfer (no credit/debit card). If you don’t submit the payment within 48 hours your reservation will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For a full refund, you must cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior your date of arrival. For cancellations requested less than 15 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded. By confirming your reservation you agree to the above conditions.
